Carrying Our Earth

          As I could see nowadays everything has changed. My world seems different from the past when I was a little kid. There were so many trees but now it turns into buildings in everywhere. There is also a change of another situation, like global warming and floods everywhere. It is really ironic to me because nothing is really responsible for this action but human. We cut off the trees from the land those trees should stand, we make it dirty from the rubbish we throw, and we pollute its fresh air. We human are very responsible for this. We make our earth crying for what we’ve done.

          Now, nobody knows for sure what is going to happen next to our earth. It could be worse than now.  I do not want this to happen. I am thinking about how it should end. I want my earth to be served better, not like this one. Well, I am not trying to be saint or whatever. I am also not perfect in any ways. Surely, I am nobody. In fact, I did things like that. So, I must be responsible too for what I've done. And the most important thing that now I just want to live better than before.

          I study Environmental Education in my third semester now. It is actually an optional course. But I really want to be in this course so that I could have something good for myself that maybe can impact others too. I’m hoping for this course that maybe it could turn me into somebody else better than me now, because I want to be somebody who is good for my own earth.
